The production of customized laundry pods follows a standardized process to ensure stable and consistent product quality. The entire process begins with customer demand analysis, where a professional team customizes formulas based on customer requirements for cleanliness, fragrance, and suitable clothing.

Subsequently, raw material preparation is carried out, and all raw materials undergo strict inspection to ensure compliance with safety standards. In a constant temperature sealed mixing tank, the raw materials are mixed in precise proportions to form a uniform laundry detergent base material.

Next, the base material is injected into a water-soluble film through an automatic filling equipment, and then heat sealed and cut into shape. The formed pods need to undergo multidimensional testing such as weight, dissolution rate, and sealing before qualified products can enter the packaging process and finally be packed and stored.
