Production of capsule shell

The shell of laundry pods is usually made of water-soluble film material, which can quickly dissolve in water without causing pollution to the washing machine or the environment. Common materials include polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), which can ensure the stability of the shell and quickly dissolve during the washing process.

The manufacturing process of the shell includes dissolving PVA into a suitable solution, and then forming a film through a special spray drying process. This film needs to reach a certain thickness to ensure that it will not be damaged during transportation and can dissolve quickly in practical use.
