The production process of liquid detergent is simple, and there are many kinds of products. Generally, batch production process is adopted instead of pipeline continuous production process. The chemical unit operations and equipment involved in the production of liquid detergent mainly include stirring, heating or cooling mixing or emulsification tanks, high-efficiency emulsification or homogenization equipment, material delivery pumps, vacuum pumps, material storage tanks, heating and cooling equipment, filtration equipment, packaging and Filling equipment. These devices are connected together through pipelines, and the production process equipment of liquid detergent is composed of appropriate energy power. The main means of controlling product quality are to control material quality inspection, feeding and metering, stirring, heating, cooling, filtering and packaging. 1. Prepare raw materials. There are many kinds of raw materials for liquid detergents, and they have different shapes. When using, some raw materials need to be melted in advance, some need to be dissolved, and some need to be pre-mixed. A large number of easy-flowing liquid raw materials are mostly used in high-level metering tanks, or metering pumps are used for delivery and metering. Some raw materials need to filter mechanical impurities, and water needs to be deionized. The second is compounding. For general transparent or emulsion detergents, a reactor with stirring, heating or cooling, and speed regulation can be used for mixing or emulsification. Most liquid detergents are homogeneous active transparent solutions or emulsions, and the preparation process cannot be separated from the stirring tank. Ordinary liquid detergent production equipment only needs to be equipped with heating or cooling jackets, and adjustable speed stirring reactors. For high-end products, such as shampoo, body wash, etc., it can be prepared by emulsifying machine. Compared with ordinary emulsifying machine, the vacuum emulsifying machine has less air bubbles, fine paste and good stability. The third is post-processing. (1) Detergent filter The detergent made from the preparation equipment should be filtered out of mechanical impurities before packaging. Usually you can choose filter cloth (200 mesh at most) to achieve. (2) The stability of the emulsion made by the homogeneous aging emulsification process is often poor. If homogenized with a homogenizer or colloid mill, the dispersed phase particles in the emulsion will be smaller and more uniform, and the product will be more stable. Put the homogeneous or stirred mixed product into the storage tank, let it stand and age for a few hours, and pack it after its performance is stable. (3) Due to the combined action of stirring and surfactants during mixing or emulsification, liquid detergents are often mixed with air bubbles. The natural bubble discharge time is long, the product stability and storage are poor, and the packaging measurement is inaccurate, especially for liquid detergents with high viscosity. Vacuum emulsification process or vacuum low-speed stirring for a period of time after emulsification can be used to discharge the air bubbles in the product. The fourth is filling. Filling detergent quality is as important as intrinsic quality. Therefore, in the last process of the production process, the quality of filling will greatly affect the sales of products. For plastic bottle packaging, regular production should be filled by filling machine packaging line, and small batch production can be filled by manual filling with high-level slots. During the filling process, the filling volume should be strictly controlled, and the sealing, labeling, packaging and recording of batch numbers and certificates of conformity should be done well. Bagged products are usually filled and sealed with a filling machine. Filling machines can be divided into liquid filling machines, paste filling machines, powder filling machines and granule filling machines.
